Host an Unforgettable Holiday Party This Season

With the holiday season coming up, it's the perfect time to rent an amenity space in your building and host a good old-fashioned blow out. But rather than just have all your guests gather around a few plastic bowls of chips and salsa, why not elevate your party this year with a magnificent tablescape setting? While that may sound intimidating, Social Studies is a party rentals company that will design and deliver a beautiful tablescape to your door for your next party (and even better, Related residents receive a special discount off their first order).

To help you visualize just how fabulous your next soirée can be, we tasked Social Studies to recommend tablescapes they would use for five of our amenity spaces, below. Happy partying!

For The Easton

The reservable party room at The Easton (left) and the White Out tablescape.

Tablescape to Use: The muted tones of the Easton room will pair perfectly with the soft, shimmering golds and silvers of White Out. Plus, with a gorgeous panoramic view like that, a more subdued tablescape allows the view to take centerstage.

For MiMA

The party room at MiMA and the Blanc de Noir tablescape.

Tablescape to Use: The modern minimalism of MiMA is a perfect match for Blanc de Noir — black, white, and touches of gold in sleek materials like marble and porcelain. The gold and black chairs of the MiMA are the exact ones we'd envision for this tablescape.

For The Tate

The party room at The Tate and the Gossamer tablescape

Tablescape to Use: We call Gossamer "warm minimalism," which is exactly how we'd describe this room at the Tate. The matte black accents of Gossamer complement the black walls and furniture of the Tate without weighing the space down. And the eucalyptus garland adds a nice pop of greenery and color.

For 456 Washington

456 Washington, 456 Washington Street Tribeca, Tribeca rentals

The 456 Washington dining room

Tablescape to Use: Host an autumnal brunch or dinner with Goldie Rocks. The natural wood provides a nice contrast to the sculptural chandelier and wall art, and the gold tones fit right in with the golden light of the room.

For Abington House

Abington House

Tablescape to Use: If you're in the heart of Chelsea, why not get a little artsy? Add maximalist color and style with Doppio for a real showstopper of a party. The colorful light installation at the head of the table looks like it was made for a Doppio party.
